Valentown (2010)In 2010 James and Anel put together a team of friends and entered into the first 48 Hour Film Project to be held in South Africa. Team ‘Get it Together’ garnered 7 awards (including an audience award and Best Film) with their short ‘Valentown’ and went on to compete internationally against the other 90 cities around the world. ‘Valentown’ made it into the top 10 and for this won a screening at the Cannes Film Festival 2011. |
